Key Stage 3-4 Handwriting
Below you will find links to handwriting sessions aimed at learners aged 12-16. Each booklet is based on a theme; the first is about Earth and covers basic letter formation. Some of the booklets cover GCSE English content. Once your learner is confident forming all the letters, move on to one of the topic books. Each session in the topic books has a basic skills sheet followed by a piece of writing: non-fiction, poetry or an extract from fiction. The learners have the option to trace the text or copy it, and colour in some relevant artwork. If your learner has already covered the basic skills, feel free to use the text extract pages only. I have kept the same basic format throughout and included some blank sheets if your learner needs more writing space; hopefully your learners will enjoy using these.
